To the land of Cockaigne is a poetic portrayal of a woman who, in the histories of men, has been endlessly iconized and defamed.

Very little is known about this historical character and after twenty years of research I offer this book as an imaginative history. In her I see the power of the divine Feminine which our world has not only forgotten, but actively vilified and suppressed. She reminds us of the sacredness of that which has been denied; my hope is that this story of softness and strength can serve as inspiration and healing.
